LEE PETSAS:
Lee is the Company Broker and Owner. He has been selling Businesses in Southern California for 24 years. Lee has owned 4 restaurants from a Deli to a 200 seat full service family restaurant. Lee spends 100% of his time selling Businesses. Over the years he has sold most types of businesses from Manufacturers to Internet Service Providers to Restaurants. Lee continues to be an industry Leader and top producer year in and year out for UBI. He is often sought after from attorneys for expert witnessing and from appraisers for information regarding values. Lee’s insight and innovation into this ever changing industry helps to shape our local Market.
ROBERT WHITE:
Robert is also a broker. Robert has been selling Business with UBI for 29 years. Robert is a Certified Business Opportunity Appraiser belonging to the Institute of Business Appraisers, Society of Certified Business Opportunity Appraisers, and the International Business Brokers Association. Prior to selling Businesses Robert has owned a large NightClub, and a CarWash. Robert has been a Company top Producer for over 20 years running.
JOHN PETSAS:
John has been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. He has worked as Chef for several local restaurants, to Manager in some National Chains including Boston Market and Original Roadhouse Grill. John has also owned several restaurants, from fast food deli style, to large full service restaurants. John is now exclusively engaged in selling businesses. He has the extra insight into the restaurant industry to help Buyers and Sellers achieve their goals and desires.
TERRY DRAMITINOS:
Terry has owned 5 different restaurants. They were fast food and full service restaurants. After selling his last restaurant, Terry obtained his Real Estate license and joined UBI. He has been exclusively and successfully selling Businesses ever since. Terry was born in Greece and is fluent in Greek, English and Spanish. Terry has come in first and second place for Top Sales and Top Listings Company wide for 2003 and 2004.
PENNY KRUSE:
Penny attended Augusta Lutheran College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Then expanded business and accounting courses in Cerritos and UC Long Beach. Penny has been with UBI for 23 years selling businesses. Prior to joining UBI Penny has owned Liquor Stores and Coin Laundromats.
LOURDES LEE:
Lou graduated from University of Minnesota with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. She has been selling Business for 15 years, and joined UBI in 1999. She has sold Businesses with the Land, print shops, stationary stores, flower shops, beauty supplies, restaurants, CPA firms, manufactures and retailers. Lou is fluent is Chinese and English.
AL “Buzz” TIDD:
Buzz has been a California resident since 1964. Buzz has owned several restaurants from I HOP to independent hamburger and pizza shops. Buzz is also a Dry Cleaner expert and has owned a high volume Dry Cleaner. Buzz spends full time selling businesses with UBI and consistently ranks among our top agents in sales each year.
DEE WHITENACK:
Dee began his business brokerage practice in 1973. After being awarded several “TOP SALES” awards from 1975 – 1982, he served as operations Vice President for a 325 office National Chain of Business Brokerage offices, where also trained office Owners and their Agents. In 1987 he returned to private practice. Dee has owned several businesses in Phoenix, AZ. and Southern California. He has brokered deals on a wide range of business types and believes that his experience enables him to relate well to the small business owner or buyer.
MONIR ADYANI:
Monir has owned and operated several successful small businesses’ including multiple Deli’s and Restaurants. She joined UBI in 2003 and works exclusively with Buyers and Sellers in selling business’. Monir’s Clients enjoy her high level of business experience and attentive customer service.
CHARLES YOON:
UBI is happy to announce the addition of a new Associate Broker in the very experienced Charles Yoon. Charles has been successfully selling businesses in the Southern California region since 1981. He has a long, rich history in this region as one of the top Business Brokers. Charles’ Korean heritage helps him in buying and selling businesses within his highly active community. His longevity as a Business Broker speaks for itself with respect to his abilities and knowledge.
